Submissions received before or after these dates can not be accepted for this exhibition. Submissions must be made in a digital format. Originals prints will not be accepted. There are no restrictions on the artistic style or design images used in submissions.
By submitting a poster design, the participant states that he or she has taken note of the event rules and expressly states his or her consent to them. By participating in the competition, you agree to the use of your work by the BIAH for commercial or non-commercial activities. Our organization will have the copyright of your posters. BIAH has the right to transfer his copyrights to another organization at any time.
Storing Your Personal Data
In operating our website it may become necessary to transfer data that we collect from you to locations outside of the European Union for processing and storing. By providing your personal data to us, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We do our utmost to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to make sure that your data is treated stored securely. We cannot guarantee the security of data that you choose to send us electronically, Sending such information is entirely at your own risk.
